Instructions:

  3. Once you have completed your registration, enter your website using your username & password. You will be directed to your Admin Page. You must print out and complete the Independent Contractors Form and the W9 form and return them to TBA, along with your payment.
  4. If you want to qualify as an executive team member from day one, pay online, or fax a copy of your check for $299 (plus $1 processing fee) for your monthly marketing fee to (205) 661-1955, and we will set up your recurring monthly payment for you.
